Yep, this masked wonder is none other than WWF high-flyer and wetdream of pre-pubescent girls the world over, Jeff Hardy.

Back when Jeff and brother Matt were running the Omega Wrestling venture, they both went through a few gimmicks, including this one. While Matt went relatively unscathed as Surge, Jeff decided to don this goofball outfit. At points in time, it was even more elaborate, with a full head of Poison-style glam-rock hair. And he was supposedly from Australia.

And yes, that's Matt beating up on his brother. If you vaguely recall an outfit like this in the WWF, you're right. Jeff and Matt donned similar suits as The Jinxes, Wildo and Ingus (Note: there is a STRONG rumor that one of the Jynx brothers was actually Paul Diamond (Kato, Max Moon) who took over the role after Matt was injured).

He may still be totally color unco-ordinated, but at least his fasion sense is a bit better these days.
