Okay, this one takes a bit of explaining. Years
and years ago, a young Glen Jacobs tried several gimmicks while in the
Memphis area. One was the short-lived masked monster Christmas Creature.
However, most of the time, he wrestled without a mask, under the names
Doomsday and Unibomb. The funny thing is, he started out as Unibomb
under a mask.

Here he is after he took off the mask. This pic is actually Jacobs as Unibomb, but it just as easily be of his original Doomsday gimmick. Well, to make a long story difficult, McMahon came a'calling, and Jacobs went on to becom Isaac Yankem, DDS. After that gimmick flopped, and WWF hotshot Kevin "Diesel" Nash had gone to WCW, Jacobs was given yet another chance, this time as the New Diesel... That gimmick failed as well. This time, Jacobs and his tag partner Richard Bogner, who was the New Razor Ramon, were sent to Jacob's old stomping grounds of the USWA. There, they split up and engaged in a feud. To end the war, they took part in a loser-leaves-town match, which the New Diesel proceeded to lose. However, just
after he left, a mysterious masked man showed up. He had Jacobs's
hair. He had Jacobs's old name. He even had his old Unibomb outfit. |
But, jeez louweez,
who the hell was dressing him in Memphis????
