A fixture on the Texas indy scene for some time, Bullman Downs seems to be the long lost brother of Mantaur. A big, rowdy brawler, Bullman comes across as a "what would have happened if Bruiser Brody ended up in the WWF and got a typical McMahon gimmick" wrestler.

Clad in removable horns, removable nose ring (and THAT, my friends, is a nose ring), and leather coat, Downs WAS a Bullman.

At one point in time, he worked as a bounty hunter for Iceman King Parson's IWO (Ice World Order). I haven't seen him since, but if anyone has, please keep your distance.

That whole "mad cow disease" thing, y'know.
