• Japanese wrestler Yasu Fuji returns after a 10 year absence. He and Kim Duk win the tag belts from Brown & Tyler in KC on March 3. Titles declared vacant in May when Duk leaves the area.
• NWA Champ RIC FLAIR makes a March tour, beating harley Race in Wichita on 3/21, Manny Fernandez in Topeka on 3/22, and going to a NC with Bruiser Brody in KC on 3/24.
